Jim's next Canon Day of Discovery is Saturday, September 11. 9am - noon: Essential Functions of Your EOS Camera The basic class is for beginning Canon digital SLR users. This class will help you become familiar with the essential features and functions of your new Canon digital SLR. 1pm - 4pm: Creative Photography with the EOS System The intermediate class is for users with knowledge of the basic features of Canon digital SLRs. It will cover creative functions beyond automatic settings. Manual and custom user settings will be discussed. Attend one class or stay for the day. The Day of Discovery is free for everyone who purchased their Canon SLR from Jim's. All others are welcome. Admission is $30. The Day of Discovery will be at the I.O.O.F Hall at 520 Dana Street in downtown San Luis Obispo. Click here for directions from Highway 101 to the Hall.
